Attention all Township of Falls Authority (TOFA) Customers: Your water continues to be safe to drink. The recent (November 29, 2018) boil water notice issued by Pennsylvania American Water Company (PAWC) applies only to its customers, and NOT to TOFA customers.

Beware of Water and Sewer Bill Collection Scams Elsewhere in Bucks County it has been reported that unscrupulous scammers are calling water and sewer authority customers in attempt to steal money. These thieves pretend to be water and sewer authority employees seeking bill payments. Please understand that all of the Township of Falls Authority's (TOFA) collection communications are in writing and are mailed to its customers.
