I know a lot of people had us prepare their Thanksgiving meal for them the day before. Now that we are closed, I hate the thought that you may be in need of somewhere to go or something to eat. Our friends at Kelly's Korner is serving up some good grub this year... check them out! I've also heard the new spot in town, Drake's Bar and Grill (located next to the Mill Stone Manor in Mill Creek) is also serving. Have a great holiday everyone! Miss you all!

The newly opened Sunset Golf Club in Huntingdon is having a benefit dinner for Michele Shovlin this Wednesday from 4pm to 7pm. Unfortunately if you see their ad in the Daily News they've listed it as Monday, Nov. 4th. The correct date is Wednesday, Nov. 4th at 4pm. For those of you that don't know, Michele miraculously survived when her house exploded and was leveled. But not without some serious injuries. She is currently out in Pittsburgh at the burn clinic. Any help would be appreciated.
