I was living in Houston, TX and getting ready for work (previous career in Financial Services). GMA was on in the background. I heard them say that a plane flew off course and hit one of the towers and it was on fire. Then, I stopped what I was doing to watch, another plane hit the second tower. It was at that moment that I understood this was not an accident. Tears streamed down my face. The reality set in, New York City was under attack and the world changed.
