[Posted 5:50 AM Sun 01/31/21]: A strong winter storm system will affect our area in two rounds beginning later today, as light to moderate snow spreads across P...ennsylvania and into the Southern Tier of NY. Heavier snow will move into NE PA on Monday and spread northwest into parts of New York through Tuesday. The NW progress of the heavier snow band is still a little uncertain, but the heaviest snow looks to affect NE PA. This graphic shows the combined total from both "rounds".
