Judith Lee (Dunham) Lute, 74 of Masontown, entered the heavenly gates to be with her lord and savior on Friday, February 12, 2021. She was born February 21, 1946 in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, a daughter of the late Kathryn and Allen (Bill) Dunham. Judy was a homemaker and a member of the Masontown United Methodist Church, Masontown where she played the piano for many years. On September 28, 1968 she married Larry J. Lute, who died September 24, 2007. Surviving are 3 children, S...heri (Sam) Ardabell, of McClellandtown, PA, Gina (Randy) Burkholder of Elizabeth, PA, and Lori Gabeletto of Masontown, PA. A Brother, Henry (Liz) Dunham of Uniontown, PA Several grandchildren, Samantha (Gene) Cooley, Stephanie (Matthew) Ardabell, Savannah (Zachary) Bowers, Sydney Ardabell, Tym (Emilee) Burkholder, Emalie Burkholder, Brad Burkholder and Matthew Gabeletto. Great grandchildren, Gage, Dominic, Neala, Lyllah, Arabella and Xander Cooley, Giovanni Kooser, Anthony Ardabell, Leonardo, Adrianna and Vivianna Bowers. Friends will be received from 11 to 1 pm Tuesday in the Masontown United Methodist Church, 120 S. Main St., Masontown, PA 15461, where services will be held following the viewing with the Rev. Charles "Jack" Kozy Jr., 87, of Masontown, PA, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, November 29,2020 He was born on March 08, 1933, son of the late Charles and Kathryn Kozy. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his first wife Darlene Kozy, sister Jane Hunchuck, and brother Kenneth Kozy. Jack is survived by his wife Beatrice Kozy; daughter and son-in-law Charlene and Ron DeCarlo; grandsons Derek and Lucas DeCarlo; Step-children Pamela Fullem and Jack Kel...ly; step-grandchildren Rachael and Rebekah Fullem; sisters Shirley Fell and Faye Casperson; brother Joe Kozy; as well as many brother and sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, and his beloved beagle Jessie. Friends will be received in the Masontown Mennonite Church, on Thursday, Dec. 3rd, at 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. the hour of service with Pastor Richard Mcintire officiating. Robert Lee (Hutch) Hutcheson Sr, age 71 of McClellandtown, Pa died at his home with his family at bedside on 11-9-2020. He was born Oct 12th 1949. He was the son of the late Leo and Norma Hutcheson and Step Father Gene Little. He is survived by his loving, dedicated wife, Lois Hutcheson and their 4 children. ... Susan (Tim) Taylor of Masontown, Pa., Pat Wilson of Connellsville, Pa., Randy (Deana) Wilson of McClellandtown, Pa., Robert (Diana) Hutcheson Jr of McClellandtown, Pa. 6 grandchildren of whom he adored with all of his heart. Michael Stockton, Ty Taylor, Lily Wilson, Laney Wilson, Lucas Wilson, and Raegan Hutcheson. Preceded in his death are his 2 siblings, Joyce Ashton and William Hutcheson. Surviving siblings are Jim (Ellen) Hutcheson of Brunswick Oh, Candy (William) Stewart of Greensburg Pa, Tammy (Dave) Propes of Port Orchard, WA Hutch was an avid Steelers & Pirate fan and loved spending Thursday garage nights with his friends. Bob proudly served his country during the Vietnam War. He was an Air Force Military Police Officer and a Canine Trainer. He retired from U.S. Steel, Irwin Works, after 36 years. Family will receive friends at the Bernard M. Townsend Funeral Home 220 South Main Street Masontown, PA on Wednesday from 3 to 7 PM and on Thursday from 11 to 12 Noon the hour of service with Pastor Mark Tintsman officiating .Interment will follow at a later date in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies Bridgeville, PA Special thank you to Amedisys Hospice for helping him die at home with dignity. David Wayne Easter, 53, of Lemont Furnace, PA passed away suddenly Tuesday November 03, 2020. He was born June 03, 1967 in Baltimore Maryland son of the late Franklin Buck and Sarah Fisher Easter. Left to cherish his memory is his twin sister Judi Easter and Nephew Nicholas Easter of Ronco, PA; maternal Uncle Leonard (June) Fisher of Masontown, PA; maternal Aunt Betty Banfield of Rittman, Ohio and numerous cousins. David was employed as a Police Officer at Uniontown Hospital. Family will receive friends at the Bernard M. Townsend Funeral Home 220 South Main Street Masontown, PA on Friday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 PM and on Saturday from 10 to 11 AM the hour of service. Interment will follow in Pleasant View Cemetery Smock, PA. Due to Covid 19, social distancing will be in effect and masks must be worn upon entering the building.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Robert (Bob), William, Charles, Tony, Jim, Kenneth, Donnie ; sister Patty Maust and son Donnie Minerd. He is survived by daughters Deborah S. Ryan and husband Joseph, Mary Arnold and son Theodore Russell Minerd II, all of Masontown. He was predeceased by his brothers, Robert (Bob), William (Bill), Charles, James (Jim), Kenneth (Kenny), Patricia (Patty), and Donald (Don). He is survived by his brother Theodore (Ted), sister Betty, his 4 children, Harold Thomas (Tom) Minerd Jr. of Round Rock, TX, Anthony Theodore Russell Minerd of Masontown, PA, Christopher George Minerd of Fairchance, PA, and William Jason (BJ) Minerd of Bolivar, PA, daughters-in-law, Natalie Megan (Ball) Minerd, Janice (Hebenthal) Minerd, as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was a great father, brother and a friend and will be greatly missed by all that knew him. An informal gathering will be held at 9 E. Church St., Fairchance PA with family and close friends.

Patricia A. (Blair) Morris passed away on May 26, 2020 at the age of 87. She was born in Masontown, Pa. on February 24, 1933. She was the daughter of Edgar Blair and Patricia Brady. She was predeceased by her husband Warren C. Morris Sr. , a daughter Darla Dedo, a son Warren C. Morris Jr., a grandson Adam G Morris and daughter in law Cindy Morris, son in law Jim Balbach, and a brother Ed Blair of Va. She married the love of her life Warren on July 26, 1949 in a little chape...l in Maryland. Together they had 11 children. She is survived by the following children. Larry Morris of Masontown, Audrey Balbach of White Oak, James Morris of New York, Donald (Ada) Morris of Masontown, Elizabeth (Barry) Brown of McClellandtown, Susan Schroyer of Masontown, Paula (Paul) Guthrie of Smithfield, George (Cheryle) Morris of McClellandtown, Margaret (Robert) Mann of Va. , a daughter in law Sharon Morris and her brother whom she adored Larry (Libby) Blair of Uniontown. 25 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren and 4 foster granddaughters which she adored. Special thanks to her granddaughter Tricia Zitney for help with caring for her and Amedysis and their great staff. Patricia was the glue that kept this family together. She loved the huge family gatherings, going to Masontown Senior Center and shopping for shoes. She attended Masontown United Methodist Church. Services are private due to COVID-19 restrictions. Rosemary is predeceased in death by her parents Clyde and Catherine Geisel; father and mother-in-law Rev. Charles L and Grace Berkshire; brother and sister-in-law Gregory and Gail Geisel; sister-in-law Elissa (St. Clair) Berkshire (all of Masontown, PA); sister-in-law Jean Geisel of Greensburg, PA and Dale Girard (significant other of sister Judith Geisel) of Hopwood, PA. Rosemary is survived by her husband Timothy R Berkshire, Sr.; daughter Amber M. Berkshire and fiancée George Samuels; son Timothy R. Rosemary wanted to be remembered for her kind heart, her love for her family and friends, her laughter and sense of humor, a true friend, her love for animals and also for all the gatherings with family and friends that were always surrounded by so much good food and laughter. She also wanted to be remembered that even though nursing is tough, it was her calling and passion. She loved her extended family the Eckert family and never just considered them as just a job. First and foremost, she wanted to be remembered for her love of God. Rosemary’s wishes were to be cremated. Because of the current health situation, her cremains will be held until all family and friends can gather safely for a celebration of her life.
