Thanksgiving was able to end on a sweet note thanks to Cathy and Kate from Dymonds by Kate who donated apple and pumpkin pie slices to the families of our hospice patients!

Through donations from Walmart Wilkes Barre, Walmart Dickson City, Price Chopper Supermarkets, Price Chopper Supermarkets, GIANT Food Stores, as well as, individual contributions, we were able to provide 20 meals to the families of hospice patients for Thanksgiving! Thank you to everyone who made this possible!

Thank you Prayer Shawl Ministries from The Church of Saint Therese for the beautifully crotched lap blankets, shawls, afghans, and hats for our patients! Not only will they serve to keep our patients warm during these winter months, but these handmade items also warm the heart by showing the care, thought, and time that goes into each piece!

Thank you Alysse, Grace, and MaryLou from Restored Church for making beautiful Thanksgiving cards filled with poems, jokes, and thoughtful messages for our hospice patients! During this time of distancing from others, it has been more important than ever before to show our hospice patients and their families that they are cared for and thought of!
