New Sunday Class w/ Alan begins June 2nd. 8:30 - 9:30 AM Sunday is a day of rest and reflection. We welcome all to join us for a yoga flow class Sunday mornings. We will begin with a brief meditation allowing stillness to the mind and body, followed by a gentle flow of breath and movement to charge up for the day, ending in a relaxing savasana utilizing overtone instruments to fully promote well-being. A great way to recharge for the upcoming week! Donation Class: Suggested Donation $10

Sound Meditation Mondays with Alan Monday Evening 7-8 PM Explore some of the more subtle sounds and frequencies of the inner experience with Nada Yoga ( the Yoga of sound). It is said that everything in the known universe has sound and vibration. This includes you! Sound therapy is an ancient practice that aides in healing by moving and unblocking energy to restore harmonious order physicall, mentally and spiritually. We will begin with gentle stretchinge and breathing followed by a relaxing sound meditation using singing bowls, drumming,and mantras in a dim candlelit room with aromatherapy.
