We're excited to start our Camp season, and it's almost time! Check out some info that you may find helpful as we approach the start of our summer. 2021 June Camp Leaders Meeting: June 19th, 2021 9:00 AM at the Camp Trexler Dining Hall Each year we host a Leaders Meeting here at Camp. This year we'll be meeting on Saturday June 19th at 9am. In this meeting we will fully delve into Program Specifics, and finalized Camp... information. To all Arrowmen in Witauchsoman Lodge #44 and those elected in 2020/2021: ***REMEMBER*** Today (4:30pm) is the last day to register and pay for the Spring Fellowship Weekend occurring here at Camp Trexler on the weekend of June 4-6th. We look forward to a great weekend of fun, fellowship, and service! Don’t miss out! From the Lodge:... SPRING WEEKEND - PRE-REGISTRATION & PRE-PAYMENT IS REQUIRED If you are coming to our Spring Weekend, you must complete the below by THIS FRIDAY May 28th at 4:30pm - Register online - Pay weekend fee at the council office - Be OA Dues current for 2021 (register online and pay at the office) - Have current BSA membership/registered as a Scout for 2021 - Have current Youth Protection completed (if 18 years old or older) Due to COVID procedures, no onsite registration or payments will be accepted this weekend. You will not be able to just show up at the weekend without pre-registering and pre-paying.
