TSCS RESPONSE TO THE CORONAVIRUS SITUATION Date: March 11, 2020 From: Rob Jones, Managing Director of TSCS To: All TSCS Customers... To Our Valued Customers, As we face the potential of increasing cases of the Coronavirus and the possibility of additional measures being taken by our local, state and federal governments to try and control the spread of the virus, we here at TSCS have already begun taking precautions to ensure that the production of your advertising designs and products will not be impacted. Currently, TSCS continues to proceed as normal with production. We have had no restrictions put in place by any level of government. So with that, we are following all the best practices to maintain a clean work environment. However, should there be any type of restriction applied at any level that would threaten to affect our operation, we have business continuity measures in place that are ready to use when needed. Our entire team has the ability to work remotely and continue communication with our customers via email and phone. All maintenance and support of our application are handled remotely by our local Information Technology here at Times-Shamrock and our vendor Software Consulting Services. Additionally, TSCS has the ability to send additional design work to remote artist teams to ensure that all of our customers will continue to receive their designs. We understand how important it is to your operation that TSCS continues to produce quality ad designs and products for your newspapers as this virus event continues to escalate. Most of all, we understand that your newspapers will be critical in supplying the local news and information for your communities during this event.
