June 1st through June 7th is CPR/AED Awareness week. Recently, Aston Valley Baseball League - AVBL received two brand new AEDs that were donated by Energy Trans...fer. We were proud to partner with these two great organizations to help increase the commitment to public safety in the community. The AEDs were placed at Weir Field and at Buggy Field. Recently we had a potential client ask us if a fire inspection is required. The answer is YES! Each state has it's own codes and each insurance company may have additional requirements. Here in Pennsylvania, state code 6400.11 relates to Fire Extinguishers and subsection (f) states; A Fire extinguisher shall be inspected and approved annually by a fire safety expert.
