The Summer Solstice is symbolic of the transition from the short days of winter to the bright, long days of summer. The influence of the sun in our lives is an ancient truth that has been recognized for it's powerful and heightened energy as we experience its life giving forces on the longest day of the year. We will honor, celebrate and connect with the energy of the sun with a traditional (18-108) sun salutation practice followed by mindful meditation.... Let's us greet the morning, face east and dive right in! Summer Solstice - Callie's Garden Sunday 6/20 @ 9a (next to LT soccer fields) Northway Road Williamsport Donation practice - this is a mat practice. Bring your yoga mat/towel/blanket and water bottle. Tula Virya Yoga will match all donations from Yoga in the park ( Callie's Garden). Proceeds to Loyalsock Township Parks & Recreation
