Here are a set of build-in’s have recently been completed for my neighbor .

Face lift for the guest bath. Removed dated paneling, insulated walls, new drywall, new tub with custom tile wall surround. Repaired rotted wood from old bathtub leaking, new sub-floor finished with white tile and new fixtures.

This project involved: removing the old and dated carpet and vinyl flooring, sealed the room completely off to control dust and debris, relayed the concrete for a completely level subsurface. Installed a warm look tile with an espresso grout and finished off the outer mud room with knotty tongue and grove pine on the walls.
