University City Scienc...e Center BULB: Building an Understanding of Lab Basics (flyer attached). Applications are open until Friday October 30th at 5PM BULB Program Dates: 11/9/20-11/20/20 2:45-5:45PM This program is open to Philadelphia residents that meet all eligibility requirements in the flyer. Applicants will be notified the week of November 7th if accepted to the program. Participants will receive a small stipend during programming (performance and attendance based), a STEM professional mentor from the science or tech field, and a new laptop upon graduation from the program along with any lab equipment provided during the program.
