We are so excited to host our first womxn’s circle starting February 2nd. What is a womxn’s circle ? Women’s circles allow for sharing, support, and feelings of safety within a non-judgemental environment.... It can be very healing to experience validation and to feel honored by other women, especially in a world where women are often taught to compete with each other, compare bodies and status, be jealous, gossip, judge, etc. A women’s circle creates a sacred bond between all the women participating and a time to cultivate reverence for oneself, the values of being a woman, and the divinity of Mother Earth. Join us for this 6 part circle, we will meet from February to July on the first Tuesday of the month from 7:30 pm - 9 pm ET. All who identify as women are welcome. This will begin online only and only when it’s safe and the group feels comfortable will we move into the studio. Due to popular demand, Reiki + Restore is BACK with Cole & Sarah. Join us for a blissful 1.5 hour restorative class while Cole works her healing magic. In the last round of this class, EVERYONE loved it and felt the magic of these two ladies. You won’t want to miss it again. Space is limited and filling! Cole emails all participate a health write up after the event, with recommendations for further healing All details and links in bio!
