My mom passed away yesterday after many years suffering from dementia. She was an example of how to be kind, patient and loving in the face of adversity. She touched many hearts and was always generous with her love. I'm feeling the heaviness of losing her today and will be canceling our Skype class this evening.

I had a question about what "Modified" Ashtanga class means for my Skype classes. We'll be mixing it up... Primary and Second series postures limited to one hour. Recent statements from our Governor regarding non-essential businesses to suspend services have caused me to regretfully agree that it's best to keep our distance from one another for at least the next two weeks. Although we are healthy and probably not suffer too much from this virus, we all have vulnerable people in our families and community that we have to protect. So, practice at home for now. I am offering Skype private lessons if you feel you need some motivation. If you are interested in doing this call or message me to set up a day and time.
