Today, six officers were sworn in after being promoted to various ranks. Third Circuit Judge D. Michael Fisher officiated the swearing-in of the new lieutenants and sergeants during a ceremony at the Community & Recreation Center. Michael Lindenfelser was promoted to lieutenant. Michael Ventura was promoted to lieutenant. Justin Abbott was promoted to sergeant. ... Brian Coughlin was promoted to sergeant. Michael Lebetz was promoted to sergeant. As a reminder to all residents and visitors of Upper St. Clair: Boyce Mayview Park is the only Township-owned park that allows pets. Additionally, pets are permitted only in designated areas and on specific trails. Each trail marker indicates if pets are prohibited on that particular trail (see picture below). Dogs must also be on a leash at all times.
