We regret to inform you that we unfortunately have to close back down due to the new mandates released today. We fall under the Clean Indoor Air Act section 35 ps 637.2 definition of a nightclub, which are the initial businesses to be shut down again during this time. We will be closed until further notice and will keep our Facebook page updated whenever new information comes out. We hope to see you all soon and please stay safe out there

We will begin taking walk-ins every day we are open now! (Wed-Sun) Don’t forget we are now BYOB (wine and beer) throughout the entire lounge! We still HIGHLY recommend making an appointment/reservation ahead of time, as we have been filling up very quickly. THE ENTIRE LOUNGE IS NOW BYOB Now that the age restriction has been increased to 21, we will be allowing all groups to partake in BYOB. We have the ability, and will, kick out any group that becomes visibly intoxicated. The point of allowing BYOB is not to become intoxicated, but to allow our customers to enjoy a beer or wine with their hookah. We will still not be allowing liquor into the establishment, as to avoid drunk customers. Enjoy responsibly

We are taking all measures to keep our customers and staff safe indoors; very limited seating, all sections are at least 10 feet apart, all customers must wear masks until their hookah is brought to their table, patrons must stay at their section other than using the bathroom (mask must be put on to leave table), mouth tips are mandatory, group size is maximum 4 people, smoking ceases when server comes to table, employees work with mask and gloves on, we sanitize all couches, tables, bathrooms, light switches, hookahs, and hoses in between reservation time slots, all hookahs and hoses are cycled so no hookah or hose is used more than once a day (closer to the same hookah not being used for three days). If there is anything else we can help further inform on, please let us know!

We are completely booked up today for reservations but have time available for the next few days. Please be sure to reserve your spot for weekdays as we are appointment only Wednesdays and Thursdays. Walk ins are welcome Friday through Sunday and we will be closed on the 4th of July!

We currently have no reservations on the 4th of July, so we will be closing for that individual night. We will reopen on Sunday and return to our current schedule of being closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. WITH THAT BEING SAID: We will be switching to also allowing walk-ins on weekends (Friday - Sunday) but WEEKDAYS will be APPOINTMENT ONLY still. You are still able to reserve a spot on weekends, to ensure a section, but we can also allow you to have a spot if one is open when... you come in without an appointment. Please remember that our seating is limited with the new guidelines and our spaces are filling up quickly, so reserving an appointment is the best way to secure a section. We are now taking reservations! Please read the following to make this process as smooth as possible for everyone. We will need to know if you want a two or four hour time slot and whether it is no hookah, regular, or VIP. We will then need your debit/credit card info to perform the transaction, thus reserving your time. We need to take payment to secure open time slots and ensure we have proper employment available. We will not be able to issue refunds once the transaction ...is made since our available staff is based on how many appointments are made. We are able to save your debit card info for future reservations or delete the info immediately, just let us know! We are sorry for how inconvenient this may all seem, but we are doing our best to be fair to all and have our usual safe environment at Ursa Lunar. We can’t wait to see you all soon!

In order to allow everyone a chance to have time in the lounge we will have time slots to choose from for your visit. This is not going to be a permanent system and will be improved whenever possible. You will be able to pick from either a two hour time slot or a four hour time slot and each reservation includes one hookah. Additional hookahs have been lowered to $10 each. Two hour time slots are $25 (hookah included)... Four hour time slots are $40 (hookah AND refill included) Our VIP room is also available at the following rates: ALL RESERVATIONS NEED TO BE PAID AHEAD OF TIME WITH CARD Two hour time slots are $30 (room and hookah included) Four hour time slots are $50 (room, hookah, AND refill included) If you would like to reserve a space to play video games and not have any hookah (only section available for under 21) we will have one space open; $15 for two hours or $25 for four hours. These prices have been decided based on average cost per visit, the average length of visit, and the demand for reserving a space. The four hour time slots are cheaper per hour and also include a refill. We have also drastically cut back the price of the VIP room. The following time slots are available from July 1st (Wednesday) to July 5th (Sunday): Two hour time slots: 4pm - 6pm 6:30pm - 8:30pm 9pm - 11pm 11:30pm - 1:30am Four hour time slots: 4pm - 8pm 9pm - 1 am These times give our staff proper time to bus tables and sanitize each section in between use. If you would like to reserve an all day (8 hour) section, we are open to discussing pricing with you. We will have a max limit of 4 people per group. We will open reservations a week at a time and you are able to reserve one time slot per day. There are five total sections available for each time slot. Each week’s reservations will become available on Saturdays. We will be taking measures to avoid walk ins as to keep our environment clean and safe. Our staff will be wearing masks throughout the hours of operation and we will ask that smoking ceases when we come to your table. We are doing all that we can to adhere the guidelines set in place for us to open back up. We sincerely apologize for how confusing this may be but we will be working hard to keep everyone up to date with information and are more than happy to answer any questions!
