One of our providers will be reaching out to patients via a phone call prior to their appointment date. Patients, please be sure to return this call as no patients will be admitted into the building without prior screening. In p...reparation for a visit to our office, please note the following: Face masks are required for all patients and staff for entrance into the office Temperature checks will be required and provided prior to entrance into the office Waiting areas in the office are closed. Please call the office upon arrival to your appointment and a member of our clinical staff will escort you from your vehicle directly in to the treatment rooms. Guests of patients are not permitted in the office and are asked to remain in their vehicles if accompanying a patient.
