Turning new guest in to Velvet Luxe fans one service at a time! What We're Looking For: A self motivated Rock-star Hairstylist who knows what they are doing behind that chair. A stylist will do anything to keep that 5 by 5 stage sacred. Someone who is all a...bout the growth of the team and you must be coach-able. We like to work with people who want to "MAKE IT" in this industry, so we are looking for stylist with the drive and determination to do so. Skill/Requirements: 2+ years Salon work experience. Strong consultation and customer retention skills. Strong self & business promotion skills. Valid and up to date licenses. Images of work or professional portfolio. Must Understand: Color Formulation. How to treat guests. How to work with a Team. How to grow Behind the chair. If your into hair, good foods and random music or anything else off the beaten path...we may hire you for those reasons alone! (People who refuse or are afraid to grow please do not apply!) Be prepared to bring your personality with you all day, everyday! Do You have a self employed mentality with a passion to serve others? Can you check your ego at the door and work well with others?
