For Thanksgiving, we will offer a few decadent dishes and seasonal pies including Raw Scottish Langoustine (Spicy Ponzu, Fresh Wasabi), Seared Nantucket Bay Scallops (Black Truffle Parisian Gnocchi, Meyer Lemon Fondue), Turbot "Imperial" (Celery Root Remoulade, Creole Sauce), the pictured Carrot Cake Pie (Vernick Coffee Bar's), Pumpkin Pie (Gingersnap Crust, Chai Creme Fraiche Mousse) and Coconut Cream Pie (Toasted Coconut, Vanilla Bean). A favorite way to enjoy sardines. Here at Fish, we use these tinned beauties from producer Ramon Pena. They’re served on our grilled-to-order sourdough that’s spread with a compound butter of garlic, tomato, chili, lemon zest & salt. The lined toast is then finished w/ lemon juice, zest, and of course sea salt. Our first Friday night service since the spring, we hope to see you at the restaurant soon.
