Vesa Yoga

This year has been something.......but we preserved and graduated today from our 300hr YTT!!!! Thank you Mandy and all that you did to make this the best experience we could possibly have! Mandy: PERSERVERANCE PATIENCE... PROGRESS HEALTHY HABITS All words to describe this group on their journey through 300hr Yoga Teacher Training. One year, 22 hour long training weekends (I will never do that again). We started in one studio, spent a few months thinking we were gonna be studio-less and have to run training from my basement, lost one group member due to an out of state move, moved into a new studio...then covid showed up. We cancelled a training trip to NYC to study with one of my mentors, closed our physical studio and transitioned to zoom. The schedule has been reshuffled countless times. But we kept going. It wasn’t always pretty or easy, but we carried on. Oh what a year it’s been! Congrats! Vesa Yoga is officially RYT 500!

The inner gate opens only when the outer gates are closed. - Hazur. - I love doing inversions in nature- especially by water. Brings a sense of reset to me.

So excited about this opportunity! Keep checking for updates and keep sprouting

I know I’ve been silent with posts and virtual yoga and yoga classes in general. Some things have to change and I need to have some time to digest and think what is the next steps. Thanks for being patient and hope to be able to post updates soon.

Soooooo zoom has changed back to only offering 40mins of time for unpaid accounts. With that being said next week I’ll be offering 30min zoom classes- with some gentle movement and some meditation incorporated starting 6/4 at 7pm. $5 Message me if interested for the link.
