As we continue to adjust our operations to keep our advocates and clients safe, we are now handling client services BY PHONE. Please do not come in person to ou...r office if you are in need of assistance, as the building is closed to the public. If you have any questions about a PFA or criminal court case, please call our main office line at 717-780-7075 and leave a message. Our phones are not being answered live, but messages are being checked remotely. An advocate will return your call within the hour during normal business hours. If it is after 4pm, and you require an Emergency Protection from Abuse Order, please call the YWCA at 717-238-7273 for assistance. As always, if you are in an emergency situation, please call 911. We appreciate your patience and flexibility as we continue to find ways to serve our community safely and efficiently.

In order to take precautionary measures to combat the spread of COVID-19, Victim/Witness will be operating with a limited staff in the main office for the next two weeks. Here is how our operations will be changing: If you need to file for a PFA, please call us at 717-780-7075 and make an appointment. If you are unable to get an appointment with us due to a high volume of applications, you can file for an emergency PFA with the YWCA by calling them at 717-234-7931. Our ...child playroom will be closed. Please do not bring children with you to our office if at all possible. The DUI Victim Impact Panel will be cancelled on March 18. Please call us to reschedule. If you call us and are unable to reach someone by phone, send an email to [email protected] and we will route your question to the appropriate advocate. We are doing everything we can to keep our advocates and clients safe at this time.
