Here I am modeling my Rocky III summer collection. Both Rocky and Apollo have half shirts while training in that movie and it's getting hot out so I can't be weighed down with all that extra fabric!! You know I hear often about folks who are frustrated by fitness, those who are bored and stuck in a rut. Those who lose faith in the process and don't see the results they want. I do things different here at Viking. It's not trendy, it's not sexy, it may not be fast but it works.... I pay attention to every client and member and I help program for everyone who wants that attention that walks through the door. How can you expect to be the best version of yourself doing the same workout that 30 other people are doing? Expecting a trainer who is watching 10 other people to pay attention to you? Hello Vikings! One of our member's mom was recently diagnosed with ALS and it is progressing rapidly. Since I found out 2ish or so months ago, Debbie has had to quit her job as a nurse, has begun to loose her fine motor skills and is now using a powered wheel chair to get around. The family has setup a gofundme link (in my bio) to help modify the house to help Debbie get around and retain a high quality of life. They are hoping to raise enough to do the house modifications an...d maybe buy a van so that continued travel is possible. If you can donate, terrific. Everything helps no matter how small. Things you don't learn in philosophy school??? How to change a filter on a water fountain!! I wish that these fountains did not have filter indicators because that is the only reason people know it has a filter and then feel the need to tell me that the light is red. You can reset the light without changing the filter but I'm trying to be above board here. Also, I think the light is probably a fucking scam to sell more water filters. Would anyone think the water tasted any d...ifferent if they believed it was always unfiltered?? Do they think it tastes different because the light leads them to believe something that may or may not be the case? WHAT IF I changed the filter but did not reset the light, would anyone really be able to tell the difference in water quality?
