If you're a parent looking for activities to do with your children, consider https://childrenhelpingscience.com/! Dozens of research activities to participate in -- including some from the labs of Villanova psychology faculty Deena Weisberg and Rebecca Brand. Fun for kids, serious for science!

Nick Mesropyan '21 CLAS, a Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience major, is a pre-med student who’s already working in the medical field. He spent the past acade...mic year as a part-time medical scribe for a nephrology practice of six physicians, taking notes for doctors as they met with patients. It was an opportunity he found through the College's Health Professions Advising Office, open to all students pursuing degrees in the health professions. Through the office he also found a volunteering opportunity for holistic care hospice, where he enjoys his interactions with a 104-year-old patient. An aspiring orthopedic surgeon, Nick says he loves his CBN major. With CBN, you get both the biology side and the brain side, he explains. Psychology is present in everyday life, and you’re always going to use your psychology skills in everything that you’re doing.
