The Vinci Award recognizes an individual who has overcome huge social barriers and passionately persisted to achieve dreams and excellence in a chosen field. There exists no more deserving a person for this award. Lesley’s courage and determination led to her long history of breaking down barriers and trailblazing in broadcasting.
