This time of year dry eye becomes an issue for many. Unfortunately, masks can also contribute to drying out your eyes if air is leaking from the mask and going up to your eyes. Another thing we may be doing more frequently these days is looking at our digital devices more. Try using over-the-counter artificial tears and take frequent breaks when looking at digital screens. Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
