PIT (Putting it Together in the Community) is a program done by the Ware Institute for Civic Engagement that connects first-year students with service opportunities in the Lancaster area. As a PA, you would facilitate a group of freshmen as they experience their first few days as F&M students and participate in themed activities that serve organizations in and around Lancaster.
