**COMMUNITY SERVICE OPPORTUNITY**

NOTICE: The Warren County Adult Probation Department is open and conducting business with those individuals under supervision with our department. While in the Courthouse and meeting with your Probation Officer you must wear a face covering. We are also observing social distancing guidelines and that means you must report to the Office for your appointments alone. Unless you have a medical disability that requires assistance or another legitimate reason, please leave your kids, spouses, significant others, moms, dads, animals, etc. at home while you report as directed. If you have any questions about the provided instructions, please contact your Probation Officer by phone. If they do not answer, leave them one voicemail and they will respond to you as soon as possible.

If you or someone you know is having a hard time making it to meetings, please consider joining the KASCNA/ Warren Area Narcotics Anonymous Facebook page. It is locally run for Warren County residents. It is a PRIVATE group to protect your anonymity.

We know many of you are practicing social distancing so to make things easier for you we wanted to remind you that you can pay your Fines & Cost online! Please visit www.ujsportal.pacourts.us. Click on PAePAY and be sure to select Fines, Cost & Restitution.

NOTICE: The Warren County Adult Probation Department is still open and conducting business with those individuals under supervision with our department. Until further notice, there will be limited access to in person appointments at the Courthouse. Effective immediately, unless you have been given other instructions from a Probation Officer, you are to contact your Probation Officer by phone prior to reporting to the office as scheduled. If they do not answer, leave them a voicemail and they will respond to you as soon as possible.

**PSA** To anyone who is currently attending our Alcohol Highway Safety School and/or our Cognitive Education Class (COG) please note that these classes are cancelled. The AHSS will resume on 3/31 and the COG classes will resume on 4/1. We will update this if anything changes.
