This is your last week to sign up for the October 17th start date of our NEW Saturday workout classes, in our NEW gym!

Starting Saturday, October 17, for 5 weeks, from 10:15am-11:15 am we are starting a CORE & STRETCH class. The first half hour will focus on strengthening the core with challenging exercises followed by a half hour of deep stretching. The cost of this class is $50 for 5 weeks. We have a sign up, as there are only 6 spots available per session. ... Class will be lead by Personal Trainer Jody English. Call or ask at the office for more information.

Starting Saturday, October 17, for 5 weeks, we will be offering a HIGH INTENSITY group class from 9am-10am. It will be a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind. Cost of class is $50 for 5 weeks. We have a sign up for each session, as we are only offering 6 spots per 5 week sessio...n. Class will be lead by personal trainer Jody English.

More updates... We were busy on Friday! The painting is all done. Next up is the electric & HVAC to be finished, the ceiling, trim work, & the flooring to be installed. Can't wait!
