WHY ARE YOU NOT LETTING PEOPLE IN THE BUILDING? This is one of the most common questions we hear, and the one comment that comes up most often in our PetDesk satisfaction reviews. We monitor the CDC, local government and AVMA guidelines regularly. As a result of the information currently being released, we have no plans to allow people inside our building in the near future. We will continue to operate with the same curbside check in and check out services. This is not a d...ecision we have made lightly. We know that it is frustrating to not be inside the exam room with your pet. However, our exam rooms are small, and we have no way to safely do our jobs while practicing social distancing. The only exception we are making at this time is for end of life appointments. The primary reason for our decision is that we are a small hospital (11 staff members). If even one person gets sick, it would result in us having to close our doors for a minimum of two weeks leaving all of our patients without necessary care and treatment. In order to do our best to mitigate additional risk to our staff, we are also continuing to ask all clients to wear masks when interacting with any of our staff. As always we appreciate your patience as we all navigate this difficult time and look forward to the day life gets back to normal!

We ended our busy day today with a visit from handsome Gus. He was quite the gentleman for his exam and had all the girls swooning

DON'T FORGET!!! If you have an iPhone, you can now text us to check in for your appointment. Simply send a TEXT MESSAGE (not an email) to [email protected] with your Name, Your Pet's Name, number on the window where you're parked and a brief description of your vehicle. We will check you in and a nurse will come out to bring your pet inside for their appointment!... We are still working on getting this system working for Android users and will update you when that happens.
