**Update regarding CarPay** Thank you all who have been trying the CarPay app. Several things we wanted to make note of: 1. Your login is based off of your SSN. If we do not have your SSN on file, it will ask you for a Registration Code. Please call or text (570)323-2000 and we can send that code to you. 2. You will be able to manage your loan via a smartphone app, by visiting our website, or by typical methods (cash/check/money order/payments in office). You can set up AutoP...ay, manage multiple cards, and add an approved Payer to make payments on your behalf. 3. Payments update daily. If you make a payment today, it will not post to your account until the next business day. We can check that there is a pending payment but it will not update your account balance until the payment clears. 4. Rolling out this week: CarPay To make things easier for our customers, we have enlisted CarPay for help. You’ll soon be able to manage your car payments from a phone app or by accessing our website. Please bear with us as we learn the system. You’ll be able to login with your email and SSN. If you have multiple loans through Easy Loans, all will appear on the app for you to manage. ... We are very excited with this addition and hope you all will utilize it! Feel free to ask any questions. Throughout the week you may receive an email or text with registration instructions.
