Wattsburg Area Little League

Ladies and Gentlemen!! Wattsburg Area Little League future is uncertain. We have some key positions that did not get filled. We have a little time left to fill these positions and some conversation with those that expressed interest in other board positions if they want to manage these positions as a smaller board. Positions current not filled: President Vice President girls... Vice President boys Field maintenance facilitator Equipment Manager If you have questions or think you could fill one of these positions. We need your help!! Please keep baseball and softball local in our community!

I am aware that some have not provided an email or opted out of emails. Here are the board positions and these jobs can be worked on as a team. It would require one person to be the lead(voting board member) and others could form a subcommittee to help break up the responsibilities.

Reminder: Email was sent out August 19th, for recruitment for Wattsburg Area Little League Board members. It was sent out to all active members of our online system and attached copy of positions was in the email. We are setting a deadline Friday, September 11, 2020 for all interested parties. We if do not find volunteers to fill these positions, the current board will be having to make some tough decisions on the future of W.A.L.L. Please consider volunteering.

Hello parents! First round of refunds is in the mail and there is another batch going out this week. I apologize for the delay. Please watch your emails for refund notification. If you receive one, your check is written and going in the mail. With that being said, we are looking for new board members. Those who have served the board for this past year are stepping down, due to other obligations and children aging out of the league. Please watch your email and FB with list of board positions and email to submit your interest. We will be setting a date for voting and year end meeting. If we do not fill the majority of these board positions we will be forced to make some tough decisions about the future of Wattsburg Area Little League . We hope you will consider volunteering.

We are disappointed to announce that we will canceling the 2020 Little League Season. We were hoping we would have been in the green phase by now and would be playing ball. We will be sending out of formal notification and additional information on refund process in the coming week.
