Carly Whyte got to pull her first lamb tonight! "My dad and I saw she had been in labor for about an hour and we decided that we should step in and help. I had never helped a ewe lamb before and my dad decided I should be the one to help. I thought it was so awesome to feel the lamb moving and feeling the feet and the head ! Overall it was really really awesome! So far we have had 13 ewes lamb with a total of 23 live lambs and we have about 33 ewes left to lamb." Carly is a sophomore member of the FFA and shows market lambs.

Today, Emma Mooney got to zip up her jacket for the very first time! Welcome to the FFAmily!

Don't forget! If you sold hog raffle tickets, they must be turned in by 3pm today!

Who says high schoolers can't have fun in the snow? Our members spent the day making memories with their parents, siblings, nieces, nephews, and even their pets today! Show your favorites some love! Maybe they will win some FFA swag!

It's the perfect snow for it. I'll give you 5 bonus points for building one, 10 if it's way taller than you, and 15 if you make it farmer or FFA themed! Upload your pictures in google classroom as proof. ... Go take a break! Take some time to step away from the stress and worry of school and go make some memories with your family! Your assignments for my classes will still be here when you get back and I will accept them if they are turned in tomorrow. Snowman pictures must be recieved by 5 pm to recieve the bonus points. If you are in multiple classes, submit your picture in the class you would like your bonus points applied.
