Hello All, Second Reading II is not open ....yet. We are part of the West Chester Area Senior Center. We must wait until the West Chester Area Senior Center gets a green light from the Governor and the State, and then the Store can open. Presently, the state stated only groups of 25 people in an area. Hopefully, this will change soon. Please stay well and safe! Please do not leave donations in front of the store. We cannot take them right now. ... When we open..... we will notify everyone about donations and our opening schedule. Thanks. Have a Great August! We Hope to Open Soon!

West Chester Area Senior Center, which includes both both stores, Second Reading I & II has an update. Our Senior Center, along with all of those in Chester County, remains closed until further notice in order to protect the health and safety of the seniors we serve. While WCASC is working hard on several needs for our future re-opening at a yet determined time, please know that it requires a great deal of financial resources, as well as, prior approvals from both the County and State Departments of Aging. In the meantime, we continue to do everything possible in our community to source and distribute food to seniors in need, as well as, to help with information and referrals. Please continue to wear masks, wash your hands, and stay healthy.....WE MISS OUR FRIENDS!

Second Reading II News! Hello Everyone! Some Information about the Store! 1. Second Reading II will Not open on June 26th, if the county goes green. It will be ...a little while --until we open our store. I will be announcing the Opening date soon!! 2. We are Not accepting donations right away. I will let you know the date we are accepting donations! Please pass on your current donations right now to other organizations. We will be open soon and and are getting Excited about it! Have a Super Weekend-First Day of Summer, Saturday, and Happy Father's Day to all-Sunday!
