A few lawn clean ups from this week!!’

Old steel railings and posts removed and replaced with aluminum railings and vinyl wrapped wood posts. Also did some concrete repair to the steps and walls.

Customer called and asked if there was anything I could do about their springy floor. Upon further investigation I found the old support beam in the basement was just 2, 2x4’s laid flat. The floor was supported with some temporary Jack’s and the old wood removed. We then built a new beam an installed it with new support jacks.

Finished putting a new tile floor, vanity, lights,toilet and medicine cabinet in this bathroom. Also fixed a plumbing leak. Here are some photos.

A little foundation repair!!

Finished staining these decks before the cold weather sets in.

Snow fence install today!!!

Some roof repairs were needed.

Partnered with Geoffrey Bell Lawn care to take down some trees. We then brought the stump grinder in to take down the stumps.

Chimney all patched and parged.

A stone pad for a large shed!

Finished a chainlink fence install yesterday.All the end post caps were installed after the photo.

A pressure tank relocation.

Two quick raised beds for a customer!!

This customer wanted two old flower beds removed and replaced with grass. They also wanted to spruce up and change an existing bed in front of their house. Here are some before and after pictures.
