The North Penn-Liberty basketball team (1-0) captured their first win of the season in Westfield as they topped the Cowanesque Valley Indians (0-3) 70-38. Noah Spencer led all scorers with 24 points and sophomore Derek Litzelman notched 15 points in his first career varsity start. Due to ongoing Winter Storm Orlena, all Mansfield University classes will be conducted remotely again on Tuesday, February 2. All buildings are closed except ...residence halls, dining hall facilities, and Kelchner Fitness Center. Employees carrying out Essential Operations must report to campus as scheduled, or earlier, if directed by their supervisor(s). Non-essential employees should work remotely, if possible. Scheduled in-person events are cancelled. Dining Services will be available in the Student Restaurant (Upper Manser), during the following hours on Tuesday: Brunch: 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM Dinner: 5 PM to 6:30 PM Jazzman’s and Mountie Market are closed. Kelchner Fitness Center will be open Tuesday from 8 AM to 1 PM, closed for cleaning from 1 to 3 PM, then will reopen from 3 to 9 PM. The Health Clinic will be open from 8 AM to 4 PM.
