Admittedly, when I began my Cranio Sacral journey, I though it would be my exit plan from professional sports. Well, I’ve been wrong before. 1st full day back in the saddle, evening walk in the garden, exactly what the Dr ordered. Pardon(?) the pun, but,

Good news; no surgery & I’m allowed to ease back into work. Hand strength really took a dive over the past 6 weeks and ligaments are clearly not 100%. But it’s a start and I’m gratefully looking forward. That being said, it’ll take some time to get everyone back on schedule, please be patient, I’ll reach out to you individually.
