As you all know, we are still awaiting a definitive answer on when we are going to be able to fully re-open! Again, thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate this challenging time! As soon as we have any new information, we will share it with all of you! In the meantime, we want you to know we are just a phone call away! We are open and able to see emergent and/or urgent orthodontic concerns at this time! It is our job to care for all of you in active ortho...dontic treatment, so please do not hesitate to call us with any problems you may be experiencing! Orthodontic pain and/or discomfort of any kind is considered urgent and emergent and we will be happy to safely assist you with these concerns! We miss all of your smiling faces and can't wait to get back to creating spectacular smiles! Be well and smile often! EDIT: Yes, wire jags are considered urgent! We are happy to safely fix these for you!

As we anxiously await for a definitive date on when we will be able to fully reopen, we wanted to say THANK YOU for your patience, understanding and kindness during this time! We are reaching out to each patient individually to reschedule your appointment! Please feel free to call us with any questions you may have, and please know we are available to correct any emergency you may experience with your braces/appliances! We are also available to schedule new patient exams, no referral necessary! We wish each and every one of you a safe, healthy and blessed Easter! Dear Wertz Ortho Patients & Families: We wanted to provide some important information to you about our office given the worldwide concern with COVID-19. At Wertz Ortho we always diligently follow the latest infection control guidelines and strictly adhere to these protocols on a daily basis. Our sterilization equipment is strictly monitored to ensure the highest quality of operation and we are frequently disinfecting all areas of our office with CDC approved wipes to maximize... patient safety. All team members will be adequately prepared to prevent the spread of illness and will be updated continually as more information becomes available. If you or your child wish to wash your hands prior to your appointment, you are welcomed and encouraged to do so! Soap and water are available at our brushing stations and in our patient bathroom. As always, hand sanitizers are located throughout the office for your use! We kindly ask that if you, your child or anyone with an upcoming appointment has experienced any flu like symptoms over the past two weeks, that you reschedule the appointment to a future date! Employees have also been asked to stay home if they become symptomatic. This recommendation is standard protocol, as it protects the patient, other patients, their families and our entire orthodontic team!
