Guess what day it is?????? Transformation Tuesday!!! Another phenomenal success story!!!! You killed it, Jackie!!! My 40th birthday was soon approaching and I was feeling the worst I’ve felt in a long time. I’ve become lazy and tired. I was losing myself. I’m not one who cares solely on how I look but man did I feel lousy. I lost all of my energy and was lacking the desire to do things. That’s when I decided I needed a change. I needed something positive! So, I sign...ed up for the ignite 90 program with Kelly Morgan at MorGainz fitness. I had lost my confidence about going to the gym but Kelly helped me to become more comfortable again. The hard part was just getting my butt there. It’s not easy but the hard work pays off. I could not be more happy for or proud of this amazing woman! She worked sooo hard and did not miss 1 day of her workouts. I’ll say it again....how incredibly blessed and grateful I am to be able to live my passion!!!! Cheers to you Emily and thank you for trusting me!!!! This is definitely a positive for 2020! Ignite 90 has been my life saver. I have always been one that has been obsessed with the number on the scale. I have gone through times of being very active with ...cardio workouts and hardly eating to get to a certain number on the scale, while also having times where I got burnt out and I just gave up with no workouts and eating fast food constantly. Both cycles I never really felt completely happy with myself. A little over a year ago I had my baby girl and I fell into the phase of not working out and eating anything and everything. About four months ago my family moved to Johnstown. With this move I decided I needed and wanted to make a change. I had no energy, felt moody most days, and just mentally and physically not in a place I wanted to be. After looking up gyms in the area I found MorGainz and started looking into everything they offered. Ignite 90 caught my eye. BEST decision I ever made was to join MorGainz and start this program with Kelly. Kelly is AMAZING!! She has taught me so much and helped me change my mindset for the better. I now understand the balance of a healthy diet and the benefits of weight lifting and boy do I LOVE lifting now! I am so full of energy, stronger both physically and mentally, and more confident. On top of all of that, I had an overall of an 11 inches lost! I am beyond thankful for Kelly and her program as I now have a lifestyle that has balance and a plan I can easily continue. We reflect on this challenging year......yet we have so much to be grateful for. It is surreal to see our original Richland Fitness mothership transform into the amazing creation it is slowly, but surely becoming. We have such an incredible group of people willing to help constantly...from moving equipment, painting, cleaning, organizing, to simply listening to us vent and helping us keep the faith. We appreciate you more than you’ll ever know. We wish everyone a wonderf...ul Thanksgiving! Count your blessings! The gyms are available to our 24/7 access full service members. Staffed hours will resume on Saturday 8-1 for basic and new members! Normal schedule next week with classes resuming at the Richland location!!! Remember how important it is to shop local friends!
