We have had many questions concerning the new trash and recycling toters that Eagle Disposal dropped off within the last week. Here are some of the main questi...ons we have received, and the answers. 1. Is it possible to get a smaller recycling container? No. There are no size options to choose from. This is the size that will fit with the arm on the new trucks. 2. What if I do not want to use these toters? You will be required to use the toters; even if you only have one or two small bags of trash, please deposit them in the toter for pick up. 3. What do we do with the green recycling containers that we received from the Township? You may keep them to use for other things. 4. Will our rates be going up because of this change? No. Your trash and recycling rate will stay the same. You also received these toters at no charge. 5. Can trash be dumped loose in the toters? No. Please bag up your trash and place those garbage bags in the trash toter. Recycling should be the only thing that is placed in container loose. 6. If I have more than 3 32-gallon bags of trash will it be picked up? If you have more than 3 32-gallon bags of trash, please stop in at the Township office to purchase extra bag tags ($1.25/each) or oversized item tags ($4.00/each). See more
