We are going to get some snow tonight .. so please help us out by shoveling around fire hydrants ... "When seconds count, It takes more time if we have to dig them out" ....

On Nov 20 West Mead 1 responded to assist Vernon Central as part of a second alarm on a barn fire on Ackerman Drive. Department 28 personnel and apparatus assisted with overhaul and water supply.

On November 26 West Mead 1 was dispatched as part of a second alarm to assist Meadville Central Fire Department with a structure fire in a single story wood-frame residence on McFarland St.
