Our sermon for this Sunday, Feb. 7th, is titled: "Some Practical Advice." Some people are critical of the bible because they say it is not relevant to their lives. I strongly disagree! In the tenth chapter of 1 Corinthians, Paul gives us some practical advice. If we are "standing", we are to be careful that we do not fall. ... Secondly, God will not allow us to be tempted beyond our control. He always provides a path to overcome sin and temptation. Finally, there is a warning against hypocrisy and idolatry.
