The Tribune-Democrat has created a new community section of the paper featuring young writers called On Point! Westy junior Sophia Tuinstra has played a key role in launching this effort. Other Westmont students whose work has been published include Anthony Hassett, Linnea Johansson, and Sarah Brandle. Check out their columns at the link!

Last week the instrumental ensembles at Westmont Hilltop Jr/Sr High made a video for Julius Cole, a Forest Hills 8th-grader fighting lymphoma, based on his favorite song!
