Lower School continued their partnership with LCH: La Comunidad Hispana in Kennett Square, Jennersville, and Oxford to help provide families with warm clothing and warm wishes. Fifth-grade Spanish classes sorted the last round of coat donations this week. #coatdrive #warmwishes

The holiday season is upon us! While it is a special time of the year, the holidays can also be stressful. The year 2020 has magnified some of our normal holiday stress and brought about new challenges. This winter, during the darkest days of the year, our wish for all Westonians is encapsulated in our motto, "Turn to the Light." Let us first of all be heartened by glimmers of light at the end of the tunnel we have been traveling through the pandemic. More importantly, we hope that the Light in each of us shines brightly, and that near or far, we may all find ways to reflect that Light back to each other, sharing in the radiance of this loving and caring community. Recently, Chris Saenger ’97, Program Director for USAID Colombia, was a guest speaker in an upper school class. Students learned the importance of having an open dialogue with others and that having respect and being mindful of different perspectives is key in any professional and personal conversation. #internationaldevelopment #diplomat

Westtown's Model United Nations Club is preparing for the Model United Nations Conference this weekend.
