Montoursville Fire Department

Following an incident earlier tonight our biggest fan Nolan stopped by. We were able to present him with a hand tool that has his name on it. The tool was purchased after Nolan's donation several months ago and will be placed on the Tower.

This week Captain Fetterman coordinated the weekly training topic. We covered estimating the stretch and long line deployments. Even a crew from Old Lycoming Fire came down to join in for the fun.

The Ladder is currently operating on a third alarm in the Borough of Avis.

Our fire and EMS units just cleared a multiple vehicle accident in the 28000 block of 180 west. Continue to use caution as the scene is still active.

The Tower and Engine are currently operating at Walmart regarding damaged gas lines on the roof. ***The store is currently in the process of closing as UGI resolves the issues.***
