Candidates should be experienced with frying, grilling and sautéing. They must work quickly and efficiently, to produce food that consistently looks and tastes great. Evening and weekend availability is a must. Full or part time will be considered. Please have at least two years restaurant experience, a positive attitude, and an aptitude for working under pressure. Applicants with seafood experience and/or a genuine love of seafood are of particular interest, but all skilled line cooks will be considered.
