The hotspot program has been expanded to include ALL Allegheny County households with students in PreK through grade 12. The hotspots are FREE, available for p...ickup at a Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh location, and can be kept till June of 2021. No library card required. For anyone not familiar with hotspots, they allow for free Internet access for phones, computers, or other internet-connected devices. They're helpful for students who are remote learning.
