We want to address the unfortunate situation we find ourselves in regarding wing prices. Prices have tripled over the past 14 months and continue to increase. We have tried to hold off as long as possible but have been losing money on every wing sold. With the most recent price increases we think we can at least break even on the wings. The price increase is because the plants packing / producing the wings cannot get enough employees to remain open. This is in addition t...o the fact that many large producers had to get rid of much of their herd a year ago when all the craziness started. This disruption in supply and employees is causing the increase for all of us. We do not like raising prices. We wish we didn't have to. We will lower prices if and when they go the other direction. We really hope that happens because we all are affected by this inescapable economic reality. This is also what has prompted us to add pasta and include the pasta as options in our packs. Our goal is to provide affordable options that also reflect the high quality we have always strived for in the food we make. We hope this helps as all try to navigate these changing circumstances.
