Our team of school social workers and psychologists have coordinated the launch of a month-long and aptly named "Share the (Millionaire) Love" campaign to promote the impact of daily small acts of kindness and compassion. WEATHER NOTICE :: With winter weather forecast through the day, learning and instruction will remain remote today, Tuesday, Feb. 9. All K-12 students are expected to follow their virtual academic schedules, and will be held responsible for all assignments and any lapse in attendance.

THANK YOU to Watsontown Trucking Company for stopping by this morning to donate over 400 coats that will help fill a need (and give warmth) for students across the district in grades K-6! The company worked through Operation Warm to help supply the coats. Before unloading the truck for sorting, company CEO Steve Patton (standing, left), stopped by with the cargo of coats to meet and pose with students from the Jackson Community Culture Club at Jackson Primary School, along with principals, office staff and school social workers.

Congrats to Williamsport Area High School senior Nassir Jones, who signed his letter of intent today to continue his football career at the collegiate level at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Joined by his mother, coaches and principals, the future tight end made it official this afternoon to play for the Huskies next fall. #WASDProud #MillionaireProud
