Curbside pick-up is Monday to Thursday 10am to 5pm, Friday 10am to 3pm and Saturday 10am to 1pm. To our community, The Windber Public library will be temporarily returning to a curbside services model beginning December 7. Our aim is to return to offering in-person services when it is safe to do so. Although patrons will not be permitted inside the building, we will continue to provide valuable modified services that can be accessed from outside the building, online or by phone. ...
